A few pointers:
1) Don't zoom too much.
2) Hold camera VERY steady...use tripod if needed.
3) If the fish is moving it will be blurry...so take alot of pictures and pick the ones which turn out. Try to get the fish when it is as still as possible.
4) Push your "Take Picture" down halfway until it focuses on the fish, then push it down the rest of the way to take the picture.
Note: If your camera has a "Macro" function (this setting will usually be a picture of a flower)...try this setting with very little or no zoom and hold the camera right up to the aquarium glass in a spot where your fish likes to go often....wait for the fish to come into view on the camera and take the picture. (This is my choice method)
Goodluck!!

Re: Taking Pictures
Make sure you have the lens as close to the glass as possible (to reduce the glare from the flash bulb) and make sure there's not too much light from above (the aquarium lights). If your top lights are on and you take a picture, you'll get a glare off the top fins of the fish you're taking a picture of... creating a shadow above the fish (the addition of a piece of cardboard or other obstacle in the path of the light on top the fish you are photographing will clear the glare) will give you a nice clear picture, and show all the colours of your fish. Your best bet at getting a good photo is finding a place where your subject stops at (perferably sideways) and set up your camera there. Sometimes you can wait 1 Min... sometimes you can wait 30 min... but when your fish stops right square in your frame, and you snap it, you know you just got the perfect shot. It may take 50 pictures... but you'll get it (it helps to use a digital camera).
